Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret clinical guideline criteria for prior authorization and appeals
Provide support to call center team and assist in resolving pharmacy program issues
Deliver MTM services, including Comprehensive Medication Reviews and Targeted Interventions

Required Qualifications:

Doctor of pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science in pharmacy with board certification
Completion of an ASHP accredited residency
Licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of Wisconsin
Board certification through ACCP within specified time frames
Experience in a relevant setting as outlined in the job description
