Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Phone Support Specialist to provide remote customer support focused on pre and post implant assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls, assist with inquiries, and gather information
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments and document client interactions
• Collaborate with Team Manager to meet deliverables while adhering to training protocols

Required Qualifications:

• High School degree required
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Able to work on a computer for up to 8 hours daily
