Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Team Manager to meet deliverables while adhering to training protocols


Required Qualifications:
  • High School degree required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Able to work on a computer for up to 8 hours daily
