Clinical Placement Manager

Job Summary

Providing operational leadership for clinical education and placement activities, the full-time Clinical Placement Manager will oversee Clinical Placement Specialists, manage daily operations, and cultivate partnerships with clinical sites in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical placement operations and ensure compliance with program requirements and regulatory standards
• Supervise a team of Clinical Placement Coordinators and implement performance standards and accountability measures
• Collaborate with academic leadership and clinical partners to align placements with curriculum requirements and support student success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Education, or related field required; Master's preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in higher education, healthcare, or related clinical/academic operations
• Experience in clinical placement coordination or academic-practice partnerships strongly preferred
• Understanding of pre-licensure and graduate nursing clinical education requirements
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage operational workflows in a fast-paced environment
