Job Summary
To support nursing programs, the full-time Clinical Placement Specialist will secure and coordinate clinical and practicum placements remotely, fostering relationships with students, clinical sites, and faculty to ensure high-quality experiential learning opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Secure and coordinate clinical placements that align with nursing program requirements and student progression
- Build and maintain relationships with students, preceptors, and clinical site administrators to enhance the placement experience
- Ensure compliance with academic, accreditation, and regulatory standards while supporting student and preceptor retention
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare education, student services, or operations
- Experience in customer service, administrative, or student support roles; familiarity with clinical placements preferred
- Proficiency in CRM and collaboration systems such as InPlace, myClinicalExchange, and Salesforce
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset for engaging diverse stakeholders
