Clinical Platform Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Manager II - Clinical to manage internal tools and platforms supporting the clinical business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, documentation, and optimization of internal systems for the clinical business
• Facilitate workshops to identify pain points and develop process maps and user journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of platform enhancements and monitor success metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
• In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles
• Experience in improving complex systems or internal platforms
• Familiarity with internal platform components such as CRM tools and support ticketing systems
