Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of patient and clinical needs
• Own the core experience of delivering care, including advice, coaching, prescriptions, labs, and referrals
• Collaborate closely with clinical, product, and engineering teams to drive design decisions with data

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Experience with complex workflow tools for specialized end users
• Strong skills in rapid prototyping and iterating new product experiences from scratch
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to inform and validate design decisions
• Experience working on a clinical product and in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
