Clinical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the wellbeing product strategy and roadmap, focusing on user safety and positivity
• Ship Pinner-facing wellbeing experiences and incubate new features based on clinical evidence
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics and strategies for wellbeing, education, and content safety

Required Qualifications

• PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology or MD in Psychiatry with 5+ years post-licensure experience, preferably with adolescents
• 6-10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping consumer features
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and conversational AI features, including safety design and evaluation
• Experience in trust and safety partnerships, particularly concerning sensitive content for youth
• Demonstrated ability to deliver accessible experiences aligned with WCAG standards
