Clinical Product Specialist MD

Job Summary

Providing clinical leadership in a fully remote capacity, the Staff Clinical Product Specialist MD will manage clinical documentation, patient safety, and AI-enabled product development, ensuring solutions are clinically sound and addressing emerging risks.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on clinical decisions related to Trust & Safety and error-detection modules
• Monitor AI-generated clinical summaries for errors, quantify and report trends to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine clinical error taxonomies and support SafeRead operations

Required qualifications

• MD or DO with at least 5 years of patient-care experience, including 2 years in inpatient care
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, patient safety, and healthcare quality
• Experience analyzing quality data and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Ability to translate clinical risks into product requirements and prioritization recommendations
• Experience training, auditing, or supervising clinical staff or reviewers
