Clinical Program Consultant

Job Summary

To support affordability initiatives within the medical benefits sector, the full-time remote Clinical Program Consultant will identify and execute strategies for drug affordability, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage program implementation while engaging with enterprise leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and drive affordability strategies based on performance analysis and business opportunities
• Lead the development and execution of affordability program strategies in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Establish and report key metrics to ensure optimal business results and ongoing performance

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy and/or facility/provider contracting roles focused on affordability management
• 5+ years of health care industry experience
• 3+ years of experience in strategy implementation and program operations
• Demonstrated experience presenting strategic information to large audiences
• Expertise in analyzing business data and trends to identify new opportunities for growth
