A company is looking for a Clinical Program Director to lead a multi-state portfolio of clinical service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program performance, financial management, and compliance with contract requirements
• Develop and implement innovative methodologies and process improvements to enhance project operations
• Supervise project staff and collaborate with management to establish strategic plans and performance goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of professional experience
• Five years of management experience and ten years of clinical experience
• Experience with financial forecasting and profit & loss management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data management
• Project management experience preferred
