Clinical Program Management Director

Job Summary

Leading the operational delivery of complex clinical programs, the full-time remote Associate Director of Global Clinical Program Management will ensure timelines, budgets, and quality are met while driving high-quality operational practices across multiple clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational planning and delivery of clinical studies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks to keep studies on track
• Line-manage and develop Study Delivery Leads, fostering high performance and clear objectives

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 3 years of clinical execution experience, or Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years, or Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of clinical execution experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
• Experience in life sciences or a medically related field, with a focus on biopharmaceutical clinical research
• Proven track record in managing multiple teams across various geographies
• Experience overseeing external clinical research vendors, such as CROs and central labs
