Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager responsible for managing and tracking clinical projects to advance strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track clinical projects, supporting established committees and creating new work teams
• Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director to analyze data and implement key interventions
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive performance improvement and facilitate the development of clinical reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Five to seven years of experience in managed care, hospital, or medical group focusing on quality improvement
• At least two years of project management experience in a medical group, IPA, or health plan setting
• Experience analyzing and presenting data to drive outcomes
• Knowledge of Medicaid and case management
