Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing operational and program management support for the Rx Clinical Insights team, the full-time Clinical Program Manager will manage clinical topic intake processes, coordinate committee activities, and maintain clinical content while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform document management for clinical collateral and policies, ensuring materials are current and organized
• Manage clinical topic intake processes to support pharmacy affordability and clinical review initiatives
• Coordinate V&T workplan activities, including meeting planning and action item tracking

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, clinical program management, or pharmacy administration
• Experience supporting cross-functional committees or operational programs within healthcare environments
• Proficient in managing complex documentation and administrative workflows
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage competing priorities effectively
