Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with leaders across the nation, the full-time Clinical Program Manager will guide the implementation of the Clinical COE vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while managing program documentation, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure well-documented policies, workflows, and best practices for clinical programs
• Track performance metrics and facilitate governance processes to support decision-making
• Identify program enhancement opportunities and create necessary documentation, including business requirements and training materials

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Managed Care experience in a shared service, CoE, or matrixed environment
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
