Clinical Program Manager RN

Job Summary

To support organizational initiatives, the full-time Clinical Content & Policy Program Manager will oversee the development and management of clinical program documentation and healthcare policy interpretation while collaborating with various teams to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate content across the health plan enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of clinical content for providers, employers, and members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards
• Monitor and interpret federal and state healthcare regulations, translating them into actionable operational language for clinical programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, compliance, and other departments to develop integrated content and program documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical program management, or healthcare communications
• Experience in developing clinical or regulatory documentation
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, managed care, and population health programs
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
