Job Summary
Supporting project management and site management activities, the full-time Clinical Project Coordinator will assist with project initiation, implementation, and milestone tracking in a remote capacity, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice.
Key responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day management of studies, ensuring timely delivery of project tasks within budget and according to client expectations
- Assist in document management, including the creation, review, and filing of essential study documents from pre-study phase to closure
- Participate in project meetings and audits, providing proactive involvement to enhance project progress and compliance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a biomedical-related field, life sciences, or equivalent
- Profound knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and relevant regulatory requirements
- High level of organization, multi-tasking, and analytical skills
- Commitment to continuous training and knowledge sharing in clinical research
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
