Job Summary

Providing comprehensive project support, the full-time Clinical Project Coordinator will assist with document management, coordinate meetings and training activities, and serve as the first point of contact for project queries in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare and coordinate documents, materials, and resources for project meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Facilitate project invoicing and billing processes while assisting with internal and external communications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Act as the primary contact for project queries, addressing or redirecting questions and issues in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of one to three years of related work experience or a one-year College Advance Diploma/Degree in a relevant field, preferably in Health or Life Sciences, or Clinical Research
  • Knowledge of clinical research processes and regulations
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team setting
