Clinical Project Finance Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing clinical project finance operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Project Finance will manage budgets, revenue recognition, and contract setups while working remotely and leading a team of analysts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgets and revenue billing schedules, ensuring timely and accurate loading into systems
• Oversee the final reconciliation process of clinical studies and coordinate with the FP&A team on revenue adjustments
• Lead and mentor Clinical Project Finance Analysts while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in revenue management, accounts receivable, or accounting
• CRO experience preferred
• 2+ years of management experience
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
