Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Lead II to manage complex clinical trials and lead a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 complex and/or multi-country trials, serving as the main sponsor point of contact
• Develop and optimize trial processes while proactively managing challenges and implementing contingency plans
• Line-manage a small team, providing coaching and feedback to support their development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in managing complex clinical trials
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop team members
• Deep expertise in GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience with budget and timeline management for complex trials
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple complex priorities
