Clinical Project Management Director

Job Summary

Providing leadership in managing multiple Phase I-IV clinical research trials, the full-time Associate Director, Clinical Project Management will oversee project execution, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and facilitate team development in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and evaluate the execution of assigned clinical trials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Serve as the primary interface with executive management and sponsors, managing client relationships and resolving trial issues
• Oversee project budgets and resource needs, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and effective project management practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in allied health fields such as nursing, pharmacy, or health science, with clinical trial management experience preferred
• At least 10 years of clinical research experience, demonstrating a thorough understanding of global trial management processes
• Experience in managing clinical trials and knowledge of at least one relevant therapeutic area
