Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for enterprise-scale implementations, upgrades, and optimizations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project governance structures including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
• Lead stakeholder meetings and executive steering committees, providing updates on status, risks, and decisions required

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in healthcare IT or regulated industries
• Ability to balance multiple initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies
• Expertise in project governance, risk management, change control, and reporting
