Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Project Manager to oversee clinical trials from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical study operations, including project planning, oversight of timelines, budgets, and data collection
• Facilitate communication between sponsors, study teams, and functional groups
• Manage and mentor study team members, ensuring proper training and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• RN or Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience managing multifaceted studies from inception to completion
• Experience managing projects in a virtual environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and encourage independent problem-solving
