Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

Championing the launch of life-saving healthcare technologies, the contract Clinical Project Manager will plan and execute global clinical development plans for critical drugs and medical devices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end clinical study plans, managing timelines, budgets, protocols, and informed consents
• Provide day-to-day oversight of CRO personnel, identify and train study sites, and negotiate research agreements and budgets
• Formulate monitoring plans, manage trial resources, and oversee study closeout procedures to ensure audit readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
• Minimum 5 years of clinical operations experience, with 1-2+ years as a Clinical Project Manager preferred
• Deep knowledge of FDA, ICH/GCP, and global regulatory requirements
• Understanding of arrhythmia/ECG interpretation or AI/ML-driven medical devices
• Proactive, collaborative, self-driven leader with a "take-charge" attitude
