Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional clinical projects, the full-time Clinical Project Manager will drive operational excellence and ensure successful study execution from start-up through closeout in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead study start-up activities, including protocol review, project planning, and documentation coordination
• Establish communication plans and oversee project progress, managing risks and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations while coordinating data collection across sites

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing clinical research projects within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical environment
• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA regulations
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, and financial tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Project
