Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the successful conduct of clinical trials, the part-time Contract Clinical Project Manager will manage study operations, oversee team coordination, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all clinical study operations, including project planning, timeline management, and oversight of clinical supplies and data collection
• Facilitate communication between sponsors, study teams, and other functional groups to ensure timely project updates and issue resolution
• Manage and mentor study team members, assessing training needs and providing professional development support

Required qualifications

• RN or Bachelor's/advanced degree in biological sciences or related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience managing multifaceted studies from inception through completion
• Proven effectiveness as a team leader with outstanding organizational skills
• Experience managing projects in a virtual environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with MS Project and OneNote is a plus
