Clinical Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading full-service clinical research projects in phases II and III, the full-time Clinical Project Manager will manage all aspects of the study while working remotely, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Managing small to complex international projects and leading project teams
- Training, mentoring, and coaching team members including CRAs and project associates
- Participating in feasibility research and supporting business development tasks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and clinical research
- At least 5 years of industry experience in clinical research
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a project manager or equivalent role
- Experience managing all project services from startup to closure
- Therapeutic experience in Oncology, Gastroenterology, and/or Radiopharmaceuticals is a plus
