Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, the full-time Clinical Project Manager will manage a portfolio of clinical trials in the Imaging and Cardiac Safety Solutions team, coordinating project timelines, ensuring compliance, and facilitating communication, all while working remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain project documentation, update budgets and contracts, and conduct routine customer teleconferences

Required qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education/work experience
• At least three years of relevant work experience in a customer-focused role
• Preferred minimum of one year in a project management role within the clinical trial industry
• Advanced English fluency required for business communication
• Imaging or Cardiac experience is a plus but not mandatory
