Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support global clinical development programs, the remote Clinical Project Manager will oversee the execution of clinical trials from startup through closeout, acting as the primary liaison between sponsors and internal study teams while managing project timelines, quality, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing study updates and managing expectations while addressing project risks and issues
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful study delivery, overseeing study timelines, project plans, and operational milestones
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards throughout the study lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Nursing, or a related field
• 4+ years of clinical research experience with exposure to multiple phases of clinical trials
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
