Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the execution of clinical trials from startup through closeout, the full-time Clinical Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between sponsors and internal study teams while managing project timelines, quality, and financial performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing study updates and managing expectations while addressing project risks and issues
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful study delivery and oversee study timelines, project plans, and operational milestones
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the study lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Nursing, or a related field
• 4+ years of clinical research experience with exposure to multiple phases of clinical trials
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
