Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for sponsors, the remote full-time Clinical Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of Phase I-III clinical trials, ensuring studies are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional clinical study teams and manage all aspects of project delivery from start-up through study closeout
• Serve as the primary liaison for sponsors, providing project updates, addressing risks, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting, budget management, profitability tracking, and scope change management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) environment
• Experience managing Phase I-III clinical trials, including large-scale global or multi-country studies
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, forecasting, and study budget accountability
• Experience participating in bid defense meetings and collaborating with business development teams
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Nursing, or a related scientific discipline
