Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of clinical trials, the full-time remote Clinical Project Manager will oversee protocol development, site selection, and study completion while ensuring quality and compliance throughout the study lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage clinical trials from protocol creation to database lock and final report review
• Prepare and facilitate the creation of study documentation, including protocols and informed consent
• Manage interactions with internal teams, external vendors, and clinical sites to ensure compliance and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical research, biostatistics, pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on trial coordination and project management
• Experience managing multi-site clinical trials and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and FDA/EMA regulations
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
