Job Summary

To support the company's growth and expansion goals, the full-time Lead Proposal Writer will develop written responses to complex Medicaid Request for Proposals (RFPs) while collaborating with subject matter experts and ensuring compliance with RFP requirements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Project manage and respond to high-scoring RFP questions for new business and renewal procurement
• Translate policies and reports from internal SMEs into compelling narratives for RFP submissions
• Develop topic papers to guide other writers in understanding approaches and tactics related to RFPs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Health Care, or a related field
• Over five years of proposal writing experience, preferably in Medicaid managed care
• Experience managing proposals and technical writing preferred
• Clinical license (e.g., RN, LCSW) preferred
