Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Provider Liaison to support Behavioral Health Clinicians by managing the onboarding and ongoing operational support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end provider onboarding and offboarding processes
• Continuously improve the onboarding experience to enhance provider satisfaction and retention
• Support active providers with operational needs and perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, 100% remote environment
• Ability to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time
