Clinical Provisioning Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Provisioning Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and post physician schedules monthly to maximize efficiency and meet operational goals
• Maintain real-time schedule changes and assist in forming facility-specific physician panels
• Compile reports and summaries regarding coverage progress and capacity needs

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in physician scheduling or workforce management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and general computer skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
