Clinical Provisioning Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the scheduling team with daily operational tasks, the remote Clinical Provisioning Coordinator will manage physician schedules, assist with capacity needs, and provide feedback to internal teams to enhance scheduling efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and post monthly physician schedules to maximize efficiency and meet target goals
• Maintain real-time schedule changes and assist with physician outreach to resolve coverage needs
• Compile reports and summaries of coverage progress and capacity needs by service line or physician group

Required qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in physician scheduling or workforce management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 100% remote environment
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
