Clinical Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To support quality monitoring for state and federal programs, the full-time remote Clinical Quality Analyst will utilize Epic's Healthy Planet module to build and maintain quality tools while collaborating with clinical information system users.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality tools for monitoring healthcare programs using Epic's Healthy Planet module
• Provide training and support to users of clinical information systems across various professional levels
• Analyze system performance data and produce reports to ensure compliance with quality standards

Required qualifications:

• Seven years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related area plus three years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of clinical applications and their implementation within a healthcare organization
• Experience in workflow and data analysis, including needs assessment and specification development
• Ability to provide consultative guidance on clinical care process changes
• Demonstrated success in information systems implementation and support
