Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

Overseeing the daily workflow of the Quality Assurance Department, the full-time Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator will ensure efficient operations and compliance while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM EST.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and direct the QA department's daily workflow to maintain high-quality standards
• Monitor work products and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Manage staff performance, provide training, and resolve grievances to maintain positive morale

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management, is preferred
• LPN/LVN/RN may be required based on business needs
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and HIPAA regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer operations
