Job Summary
Leading the Clinical Quality Assurance team, the full-time remote Clinical Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the Good Clinical Practice Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across global clinical operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily activities of the Clinical Quality team, including workload planning, performance management, and professional development
- Provide oversight of the GCP Quality Management System to ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures
- Lead quality oversight for decentralized clinical trial activities and serve as a strategic quality advisor for GCP quality activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in a Clinical Quality-related role
- 2-3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience preferred
- Experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated clinical environment
- Strong knowledge of ICH E6(R3), FDA, EU CTR, and GCP regulations
