Clinical Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the daily workflow of the Quality Assurance Department, the full-time Clinical Quality Assurance Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to ensure efficient operations while working remotely with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8-5pm ET or 9-6pm ET.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the QA department's daily workflow to ensure high-quality completion of all product lines
• Monitor work products to ensure compliance with federal and state mandates and company policies
• Manage staff performance, provide training, and oversee departmental staffing requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; three years of related experience preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management related to workers' compensation and liability
• Working knowledge of medical legal aspects of medical records and health information principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer skills
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
