Job Summary

Clinical Quality Assurance Supervisor (IL), a full-time, remote position responsible for leading a Clinical Quality Assurance team, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and effective workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily workflow in the QA department to maintain high-quality standards
• Monitor work products for compliance with company policies and ensure client requirements are met
• Assist in resolving physician and customer complaints related to quality assurance issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; three years of related experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance industry practices, particularly in claims management
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Working knowledge of medical legal aspects of medical records and health information principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer skills
