Clinical Quality Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Clinical Quality Data Analyst will manage data workflows and analysis to support quality performance improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance analytics and drive performance management.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute the Quality Performance Improvement strategy by building and maintaining complex datasets for quality analytics
• Project manage initiatives to strengthen data governance and improve the overall data ecosystem
• Serve as the first line of defense for end-user experience, troubleshooting issues and enhancing user satisfaction feedback systems

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative field
• Solid technical proficiency in designing and deploying high-impact visualizations within cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in translating complex data sets into compelling visualizations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• 4+ years of progressive project management experience in population health or healthcare analytics
