Clinical Quality Director (LCSW Preferred)

Job Summary

To support a rapidly scaling mental health program, the full-time salaried Clinical Quality Director (LCSW Preferred) will own the design and implementation of quality and compliance functions across a multi-state telehealth network, ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operationalize clinical quality strategy, frameworks for performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance across a distributed network of clinicians
• Define and measure clinical supervision standards, integrating quality into broader clinical scorecards and reporting
• Lead compliance initiatives, including HIPAA adherence and incident management, while representing the organization's compliance posture in external conversations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building clinical quality infrastructure in behavioral health
• Experience designing clinical supervision competency frameworks in multi-site settings
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA and multi-state telehealth regulations
• Experience managing relationships with external regulatory bodies
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) strongly preferred
