Job Summary

To enhance clinical quality and outcomes, the full-time Clinical Quality Improvement Consultant will lead initiatives in preventive care, disease management, and quality performance while collaborating with various healthcare teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality improvement initiatives and monitor quality metrics and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance preventive screening rates and develop care gap closure strategies
• Utilize clinical data and analytics to support operational improvements and inform decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, public health, health administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality, population health, or clinical operations
• Knowledge of preventive care guidelines and healthcare performance metrics
• Experience with clinical data analysis and quality improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare technology solutions
