Job Summary
To enhance clinical quality and outcomes, the full-time Clinical Quality Improvement Consultant will lead initiatives in preventive care, disease management, and quality performance while collaborating with various healthcare teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead clinical quality improvement initiatives and monitor quality metrics and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance preventive screening rates and develop care gap closure strategies
- Utilize clinical data and analytics to support operational improvements and inform decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, public health, health administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality, population health, or clinical operations
- Knowledge of preventive care guidelines and healthcare performance metrics
- Experience with clinical data analysis and quality improvement methodologies
