Clinical Quality Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support a clinical research organization managing government-funded studies, the full-time Clinical Quality Management Specialist (CQMS) will provide quality and compliance guidance, maintain quality metrics, and assist in the development of quality reports while working remotely from the DMV area.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the review and continuous improvement of Clinical Quality Management Plans (CQMPs)
• Maintain quality metrics and clinical performance tracking systems
• Participate in audits, inspections, and CAPA activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in Clinical Quality, Clinical Research, or a related regulated healthcare/life sciences environment
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations
• Experience supporting Clinical Quality Management Systems (CQMS) and quality process improvement initiatives
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Healthcare, Public Health, or a related scientific discipline; equivalent experience considered
