A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for clinical trial activities
• Conduct comprehensive quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• At least 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials
• Experience in providing leadership and mentorship to quality assurance staff
