Clinical Quality Measure Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Measure Associate to join its Health Transformation Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs) using Clinical Quality Language (CQL)
• Program, develop, and test logic for QDM-based and FHIR-based eCQMs
• Review and provide feedback on eCQMs published annually by CMS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent education
• Knowledge of the Quality Data Model (QDM), QI-Core, and MMS Blueprint
• Experience using Clinical Quality Language (CQL) and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR)
• Familiarity with measure development tools such as MADiE and Value Set Authority Center
• Knowledge of electronic health records and clinical workflows in healthcare settings
