Clinical Quality Measure Associate

Job Summary

To support the Healthcare Transformation Team, the remote Clinical Quality Measure Project Associate will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs), ensuring alignment with relevant standards while coordinating the CMS eCQM Annual Update publication process.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and maintenance of eCQMs, ensuring compliance with Quality Data Model (QDM) and FHIR standards
• Support the coordination and publication process for the CMS eCQM Annual Update, including the development of supporting documentation
• Manage project planning and implementation by tracking project tasks and facilitating meetings with project teams and clients

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of related experience or equivalent education
• Knowledge of Measures Management System (MMS) Blueprint and familiarity with measure development tools like MADiE and VSAC
• Prior experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical workflows preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
