Clinical Quality Measure Project Associate

Job Summary

To support the Healthcare Transformation Team, the full-time Clinical Quality Measure Project Associate will contribute to the design and maintenance of electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs), coordinate the CMS eCQM Annual Update publication process, and assist in project planning while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of eCQMs, ensuring alignment with Quality Data Model (QDM) and FHIR standards
• Support the CMS eCQM Annual Update publication process by coordinating across measure teams and developing supporting documentation
• Manage project tasks and contribute to meetings with project teams and clients through agenda preparation and notetaking

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of related experience or equivalent education
• Knowledge of MMS Blueprint quality measure development and maintenance activities
• Familiarity with measure development tools such as MADiE and Value Set Authority Center
• Prior experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of electronic health records and clinical workflows in healthcare settings preferred but not required
