Job Summary
To support clinical quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Clinical Quality Program Manager will lead efforts in preventive care, disease management, and outcomes optimization while collaborating with clinical and operational teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead clinical quality improvement initiatives and monitor quality metrics and performance indicators
- Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance preventive screening rates and develop outreach strategies
- Utilize clinical data and analytics to support quality improvement and operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, public health, health administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality, population health, or clinical operations
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality measures and preventive care guidelines
- Experience with clinical data analysis and quality improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with the 1Life EMR system
