Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality RN II.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects to standardize workflows across care products
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to member experience
• Accurately capture, document, and track member feedback to ensure timely resolution of grievances

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as an active Registered Nurse
• 3+ years of experience in clinical quality, audit, or excellence
• Strong knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and Health Plan SPDs
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Sharepoint, Powerpoint)
